At HABIVELO, we understand the anticipation of receiving your new wax seals, journals, stationery, and creative essentials. Shipping is more than simply delivering a package; it is the final step in our commitment to providing a thoughtful and enjoyable shopping experience.

From careful packaging to reliable shipping services, we work to ensure every HABIVELO order arrives safely and in good condition.

1. Processing with Care

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
  • For other destinations where shipping is available, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery conditions, and customs processing.
  • Shipping estimates are provided as general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We work with reliable shipping providers to help deliver your HABIVELO order safely and efficiently.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days for U.S. orders.
  • Free Shipping: Eligible U.S. orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: For orders below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Any geographic restrictions or unavailable shipping destinations will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Track Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery Updates: You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow the progress of your package until delivery.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we carefully package HABIVELO products for transportation, unexpected issues may occasionally occur during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging where applicable

Our customer care team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable solution.

5. Important Shipping Information

  • Shipping Address: Please carefully review your name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact information before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping services may have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes. Where possible, we recommend providing a complete residential or business address.
  • Carrier Delays: Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Wax Products: Sealing wax may be affected by prolonged exposure to excessive heat during transportation. If you believe your wax products have been damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team.
  • Paper & Journals: We package paper goods and journals with care to help protect them from bending, moisture, and other transit-related damage.
